What does a podcast editor do?
A podcast editor turns raw recordings into a finished show: cutting between cameras, removing mistakes and long pauses, cleaning and levelling the audio, colour grading, adding captions, titles and music, and exporting for YouTube and Spotify. I also cut reels, clips and a teaser from each episode.
How much does podcast editing cost?
For a 1-hour episode, General Editing is ₹15,000 and Motion Graphics & Cinematic is ₹20,000. Both include the full episode edit, 5 reels, 2 clips, 5 community post graphics, a teaser and a thumbnail. Regular weekly or monthly shows get a custom plan.
Do you edit audio-only podcasts?
Yes. Audio-only shows get the same clean-up — noise and echo removal, levelling, cutting mistakes and long pauses — exported for Spotify, Apple Podcasts and other platforms.
How long does it take to edit a podcast episode?
A full episode is delivered in 5 days from the day I receive all the footage. Reels, clips and posts follow with it in the same pack.
Do you edit Zoom and remote podcasts?
Yes. Remote podcasts recorded on Zoom, Riverside or Google Meet are edited into clean split-screen and speaker layouts, with audio levelled so every guest sounds consistent.
Do you edit Hindi podcasts?
Yes — Hindi, English and Hinglish. Captions and on-screen text can be in Hindi or English.
How do I send the raw footage?
Share a Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer link with the camera files and separate audio, if you have it. I'll confirm once everything has downloaded.
What is the difference between the two plans?
Both include the same deliverables for a 1-hour episode. General editing gives a clean, professional edit. Motion graphics & cinematic adds animated titles, lower thirds, transitions, colour grading and a more cinematic finish.
How many revisions are included?
Revision rounds are agreed in your quote before work starts, so there are no surprises. Feedback usually happens on WhatsApp or email.
Can you handle a weekly or monthly podcast?
Yes. For regular shows I offer custom monthly plans based on the number of episodes and deliverables — choose "Custom plan" in the form.
